We want you to be 100% stoked about your Groove Life products. Having been frustrated by sub-par customer service and flimsy products, Peter’s vision for Groove was to buck the trend and tear up the rulebook on customer satisfaction.

If you don’t like the color of your ring, watch band, or belt...or your finger wasn’t quite as large as you thought (or your waistline, phew!), you can return any of our products within 30 days.

Exchanges = Free

That's right! All exchanges are free for the first 30 days, and we pay to ship to you! Amazing, we know. This includes size exchanges, color exchanges, and even style exchanges. Obviously, if you want a more expensive product, you’ll have to pony up the extra $$. Custom rings can only be exchanged for a different size.

Returns = Free

If you decide you simply don't like your Groove Life product within the first 30 days, we might think you’re weird, but we won’t tell anyone. We’ll refund your money 100%, no questions asked...except...do you wear socks with sandals?
