For Canada orders over $125 CAD, any applicable duties or import taxes will be collected at checkout.

For UK orders over £135, any applicable duties or import taxes will be collected at checkout.

For EU orders, any applicable duties or import taxes are included in the pricing. No additional fees will be incurred upon delivery.

Orders are processed Monday - Friday, with the exception of US holidays. Orders are typically fulfilled and shipped within 3-4 business days. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email from hi@jonesroadbeauty.com with tracking information.

Kindly note that we will process your request as soon as possible. We accept returns within 30 days and exchanges within 45 days of delivery, with the exception of kits, sets, limited edition products, and apparel, which are final sale. Returns or exchanges may be limited based on program abuse, misuse, or bulk purchases. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We are unable to accept exchanges on international orders.
