Gear Return Policy

For purposes of this policy, “gear” includes larger baby products and equipment designed for transportation, safety, seating, or containment, including strollers, car seats, and similar items.

Unopened Gear

Unopened gear in its original packaging may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund, less any shipping costs incurred by Twinkle Twinkle Little One to deliver the item to the customer.

Open-Box Gear

Gear that has been opened or removed from its original packaging is considered open-box gear.

Open-box gear may be eligible for return within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to inspection and approval. If the return is approved, a restocking fee will be assessed based on the condition of the product and all original packaging materials, including the box, inserts, plastic coverings, manuals, accessories, and other included materials. Any shipping costs incurred by Twinkle Twinkle Little One to deliver the item to the customer will also be deducted from the refund.

Gear Without Original Packaging or After 30 Days

Gear is not eligible for return if:

More than 30 days have passed since the purchase date; or

The original box, inserts, accessories, or other packaging materials are missing.

All returns are subject to inspection and final approval by Twinkle Twinkle Little One.

Clothing, Toys, Stuffed Animals, & Other general merchandise.

Exchange or Store Credit. We take pride in our products and hope you’re happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, exchanges or store credit are accepted within 30 days for items like clothing, plush, toys that are unworn, unwashed, unused, and have all original tags attached. Shipping charges and overweight surcharges are non-refundable.

Furniture & Special Orders

All furniture, furniture accessories, personalized items, and special-order items—including anything marked “Custom Order”—are final sale. No returns, credits, or exchanges will be accepted. If there is a manufacturer issue, please reach out and we will work directly with the manufacturer to resolve it.

All sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

All personalized and custom-made items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
