Return Policy For Printful Items

This item is fulfilled through Printful and should be returned to them. Instructions on how to do this will be included in your order. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on Printful's part are covered at Printful's expense.

Dark Whimsical Art and Printful do not accept returns if the item ordered is the wrong size or if the customer has buyers remorse. Only order if you are 100% in love with the item.

The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back if the customer wants to return an item. If the product is found to be defective in some way the cost of the item and the shipping the costumer paid will be refunded to the customer.

Return Policy For Printify Items

This item is fullfilled through Printify. Products made by Printify are unique and produced to order, therefore, they are non-refundable and non-returnable. Once an Order has been placed the customer can no longer edit the details of the Order or cancel it. If the shipment details are incorrect, or the Customer ordered the wrong size or color, Printify is not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. If the Produced Order is lost during Shipment, Printify will investigate and may provide replacements when appropriate. After investigating Your issue, if Printify’s Merchant Support team determines that your Product is faulty, Your Orders will be submitted for either reprint or replacement, but no refund will be issued. Refunds are only provided if a subsequent reprint or replacement is also found to be faulty by our Merchant Support team. Refunds will be issued in the form of credits only. Printify does not give refunds for orders that have been shipped without tracking until they are verified to be lost.

Shipping Policy For This Item

Most orders will arrive in 3 weeks, but you will want to allow 4 weeks before contacting Dark Whimsical Art or Printify. Some products are packaged and shipped separately. Printify cannot guarantee delivery dates and accepts no responsibility for Products that are delivered after the estimated delivery date. The delivery date that is given is only an average estimation, and some deliveries can take longer, or alternatively be delivered much faster. All delivery estimates given at the time of placing and confirming an order are subject to change.

Dark Whimsical Art and Printify are not responsible for any shipping issues that are a result of incorrect information such as wrong address, phone number, and email address. Any extra expenses that occur due to wrong information is the responsibility of the customer such as second shipping charges.

Returns Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. And the item is faulty, broken or incorrect. We will not accept returns if you have changed your mind or have ordered the wrong size, so please consult the size charts carefully.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days of your item being approved for return.

Late or missing refunds If you haven’t received a refund 30 days after being approved for a refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are approved for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
