Order Processing

We bake to order. Most orders ship within 1–2 business days after purchase (Mon–Wed to avoid weekend carrier holds).

During high-volume periods and holiday drops, processing may extend to 3–4 business days.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States. (No international shipping at this time.)

Some carriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes for expedited services.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and service level.

Typical transit times: Standard 2–5 business days, Expedited 1–3 business days. Once in transit, carrier delays are outside our control.

Warm-Weather Packaging & Freshness

In warmer months, we may include insulation. Some softening can occur and is not considered damage.

For best texture on arrival, chill cookies 10–15 minutes, then warm per product instructions.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders returned or lost due to incorrect/insufficient addresses are not refundable. We can often reship (when product is available) for an additional shipping fee.

Tracking & Delivery

A tracking link is emailed when your order ships.

Risk of loss passes to you when we hand the package to the carrier. If tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate the package, check with the carrier and neighbors; we’re unable to refund orders marked delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If items arrive damaged or incorrect, email hello@crumb-co.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order # and clear photos of the outer box, packing materials, and product. After review, we’ll arrange a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Multiple Addresses

We can’t split one order across multiple addresses. Please place separate orders for separate destinations.

Holiday & Pre-Order Releases

Pre-order ship dates are shown on the product page and at checkout. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship together on the pre-order date unless otherwise stated.

Because our cookies are perishable, we’re not able to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order is placed. All sales are final.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We bake to order. If you need to update your order, email hello@crumb-co.com within 2 hours of purchase and before baking begins. After that window, we’re unable to modify or cancel.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship early in the week to reduce carrier hold times.

Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery delays, weather impacts, and missed deliveries are outside our control.

We may use insulation, but some softening or melting can occur and is not considered damage. Pop cookies in the fridge for 10–15 minutes, then warm per instructions for best texture.

Taste & Texture

We’re a small-batch bakery; slight variations in color, shape, or topping placement are normal. We can’t offer refunds for taste preferences or expected texture after transit/warming.

Allergens

Our products contain or may come in contact with wheat, milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. We do not operate an allergen-free facility; purchases made in error for allergy reasons are not refundable.
