**Worldwide Shipping Information**

We proudly offer **worldwide shipping**! Please note that we typically require **1 to 3 working days** to process and fulfill your order before dispatch. Rest assured, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible. Once dispatched, delivery times vary by **country or region**, with an estimated delivery time of **7 to 10 business days**. Please be aware that **holidays, natural disasters**, or **pandemics** may affect delivery times.

**For Pre-Ordered or Back-Ordered Items:**

If your order includes a **pre-ordered** or **back-ordered** item, we will ship any immediately available items right away. Items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered will be shipped as soon as they become available. If you ordered multiple items and receive only part of your order, don’t worry—you will receive the remaining items shortly.

**Tracking Your Order:**

**Returns Policy**

Our return policy is valid for **30 days** from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be **unused** and in the same condition as when you received it, including the **original packaging**.

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

**Exchanges (if applicable):**

**Gifts:**

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. A gift certificate will be mailed to you once the returned item is received.

If the item was not marked as a gift or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves for later delivery, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, who will then be informed of the return.
