All orders placed are made to order and require at least 5-10 business days to process before being shipped out or available for local delivery.
Local Delivery: This allows you to place and order if you live in Las Vegas, NV. If you are a regular at tournaments in the valley, I will bring the order to you at any local card shop. The other option is I can deliver it to your place of residence on the order.
Shipping time: After your order ships, it is estimated between 3-7 business days (domestic) and 7-21 (international) depending on USPS. Please note that these times are just estimates and may vary.
International shipping: Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply and are the customer's responsibility. Delivery times are estimates and can vary due to customs or carrier delays.

Returns from Momo's Models
With products being custom designed to every order, we here at Momo's Models do not accept returns. We do offer order cancellation if your order has not yet shipped out.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. With all products being custom printed per order, there is a small chance that there may be a small defect in the print. We try our best to make sure any prints with defects are not sent out. There are some that we deem passable if smaller than a 5mm.
European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at momosmodels@gmail.com.
