Name Blocks:Name block sets have a longer turnaround time due to the time taken to make each set and the large order volumes we receive. Please check the name blocks collection page for updated information on how many weeks to dispatch orders. Once completed, your order will be updated with tracking details.
Personalised Orders:Personalised orders take up to 7 days to complete. All orders are sent via Australia Post with tracking numbers. A personalised order is anything with a name, date or any other custom details.
Non Personalised Orders:Non personalised orders are ready to dispatch within 1-3 days. All orders are sent via Australia Post with tracking numbers. Non personalised orders are products with no personalised details such as milestone sets, wardrobe dividers, swaddles etc.

Returns from Miss Ali's
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Personalised items cannot be returned.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.To start a return, you can contact us at sales@missalis.com.au . If your return is accepted, instructions will be sent on how to return your goods. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at sales@missalis.com.au .
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can rectify the issue.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Personalised products cannot be returned. Please contact us immediately if you have any issues once receiving your personalised product and we will address accordingly.Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds Approved refunds will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
