At Technomate we want you to have a positive experience every time you shop with us. If you've changed your mind about keeping your purchase, please return it within 14 days in its original condition with proof of purchase. We'll exchange or refund it, as long as it meets our terms and conditions explained on this page. Our aim to make this process as simple as possible.

Note: Once a refund has been issued, you will receive an automated e-mail and will receive a refund within 14 days of returning the item to the same payment method you used.

Returns Policy

You can return most items within 14 days of receipt of the products if the products are in an unused and undamaged condition.

Please note that this returns policy doesn't affect your statutory rights and therefore doesn't affect your right of cancellation.

Please note that you must return each item in the same condition in which you received it. This means that new items must be returned unused and undamaged with all included accessories, manuals, etc. Used items must not have any additional signs of use or damage.

The same exclusions apply to our Returns Guarantee as for the right of withdrawal. The following products thus cannot be returned under the Returns Guarantee (unless defective):

•Sealed audio/video products such as Hard Disk Drives if unsealed by you after delivery;

•Goods made to your specifications or personalised;

•Goods which may deteriorate or expire rapidly such as batteries;

•Goods supplied as "specials";

•A service, if Technomate has fully performed it and you accepted when you placed your order that Technomate could start to deliver it, and that you could not cancel it once delivery had started;

•Digital content (including apps, digital software, etc.).

Products must be packaged to avoid damage in transit, be contained within outer packaging and must not have carrier labels applied to the products or product packaging. Failure to comply may result in a reduction in the value of credit/refund provided.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you our fees and expenses if the product isn't received in new, unopened condition.

Refunds for purchases made with a promo code

If you bought a few items with a promo code, and returned one or some of these, we’ll deduct a percentage of the promotion value from your refund. This is part of the terms and conditions of our offers.

Damaged, Short or Non-Delivered Goods

Any claim for damaged or short delivered items must be made in writing within 24hrs of delivery. Failure to do so may invalidate any subsequent claim.
