Local delivery

•If the item is in stock, we will ship it within 4 working days, you can receive the goods 2-5 days after dispatch. If your order have a pre-order item, it need to take 7-14 working days to delivery.

•A free local delivery for order over HK$600 to one location only with residential or commercial address excluding outlying Island which cannot delivery by Hong Kong Post office or SF Express. Otherwise, delivery charge applied.

•Do not use a post office box as a delivery address.

•Each order can only be sent to one address. If you want to deliver goods to different addresses, please place orders separately according to different addresses.

•Outlying islands (except the airport, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay and Tung Chung) and any restricted areas and areas where trucks are prohibited, we will not provide delivery services.

•If the customer fills in the wrong delivery/contact information, the delivery time will be affected/delayed.

•In addition, due to the epidemic situation, the delivery time may be delayed.

•After the goods are shipped, ME100FUN will provide the tracking number of the goods to the customer. If you need to change the address, please contact the express company to make another arrangement. The delivery time may be delayed, and the additional costs incurred must be paid by the customer. If the customer fails to receive the parcel due to personal reasons, please contact the express company to make arrangements. If the shipment fails repeatedly, your order may be cancelled and ME100FUN will not issue a refund.

•After the order is placed, if there is any change to the delivery address or the selected delivery time, please contact ME100FUN immediately to make arrangements.

•The door-to-door delivery service of express company does not include moving the goods to the residence. Therefore, if the customer causes damage to the items in the house during the transportation, ME100FUN will not be liable and compensate for any loss or damage.

•The delivery service will be postponed when the gale signal is hoisted, the red or black rainstorm warning is in effect, or when the express company judges that the delivery is unsafe. ME100FUN will contact you to change the delivery date.

•Me100fun reserves the right to make necessary partial delivery of any item is temporarily out of stock.

Oversea delivery

•When you select the postal method and online shopping checkout will be charged according to your location with a E-Express fee, and will be charged according to the total weight of goods. (Please email to me100fun@me100fun.com.hk if you found that there is no delivery service to your country)

•After received the confirmation of your order, we will post the goods by Hong Kong Post . We also send you a tracking number accordingly.

•Please note that if the goods are sent to countries which over the maximum weight limitation, We may require additional charges accordingly to the charge table of Hong Kong Post Office.

•We also offer SF Express (Postage & Tax pay by receiver) to some country. All tax and postage incurred will be paid by the customer when receiving the parcel. If customer refused to receive the parcel or wrong address is given, customer have to pay for all the returned cost/charge. If the shipment fails repeatedly, your order may be cancelled and ME100FUN will not issue a refund.

Time of delivery

All the delivery service only available from Monday to Saturday (except public holiday) of Hong Kong.

Delivery times for local customers: Usually 3-14 working days, remote areas or residential areas would take longer. We will arrange delivery from 10:00-18:00 for commercial address, and 10:00-22:00 for residential address. Please contact us if you want us to delivery in your specific time.

Delivery times for oversea customers: Will be sent 14-45 working days. (Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, reduction in flight or cancellation of flights let Hong Kong Post Office to suspend the air mail service to most of the country. Please email to me100fun@me100fun.com if you find that there is no delivery service to your country).

In case of any dispute, ME100FUN reserves the right of final decision.

退款政策

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All items are non-refundable. If you are not completely satisfied with your received items, all regular price items are eligible for a one-time exchange.

Return & Exchange Procedure

•The return or exchange request should be made within 7 days of receiving the items, otherwise it is not acceptable.

You must inform us before hand about the return via e-mail me100fun@me100fun.com.hk or Whatsapp to 96652733 ,and state clearly your order number, what you are returning and the reasons why you are returning these items.

•Once we receive your return request, we will notify you by email. (normally will take 2 working days)

•Please return the items within 7 days (except public holiday) of receiving our reply, and please include a RETURNS & REFUND FORM (which we will send you as the below) in the parcel with your order number and the reasons why you are returning these items. All receipt or invoice have to be returned together with the goods, otherwise it is not acceptable.

•You will be responsible for the return and exchange shipping cost. You must return items by register mail or courier prepaid, please remember to ask your courier/post office for a proof of posting certificate and keep it safe for our reference.

•We cannot issue store credit for exchange if we do not receive your parcel.

•Once your return is received and inspected, we will inform you that we have received your returned items, and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return request by e-mail. If you are approved, we will return the price of the returned items into your designated bank account within 3 working days.

The following items are non-returnable:

- On sale items

- Items have been worn, washed, scented or altered in any way

- Items without all original tags, packaging and other accessories received with the order

- Cosmetics, cleaning and maintenance supplies,but not limited to, cap, seal, the packaging film part

- Personal items of some of the actual packaging of goods- Software (such as computer software, programs, etc.), audio-visual products (such as cassette tapes, video tapes, CD, VCD, DVD, etc.) and some of the actual packaging of goods (except all delivery packaging)

- Information (such as electronic magazines) and other downloadable electronic goods

- sewing material, clay

- All goods on consignment by members

- Goods have unresolved dirt or traces

ME100FUN reserved the right to change our Return & Exchange Policy without prior notice. If the return items in question do not meet our standards, we reserved the right to refuse return or exchange.

FAULTY ITEM

All items are inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure good quality of your purchase orders. In case of manufacturing fault, please inform us and attach photos of faulty items (1 picture of damaged part and 1 picture of item as a whole) to request a return & replacement. We bear the return shipping cost and replacement will send to you as soon as possible. Please note that we can only arrange replacement for the same product in same size and colour, if that item is no longer available, you will receive full refund for the faulty items.

THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS ARE NOT CONSIDERED TO BE FAULTY:

- Damage as a result of worn

- Small and unapparent dirt

- Colour discrepancy: product colour may be slightly different when viewing with different monitors. Individual perception of colour and lighting effect when product photo shooting will also affect products displayed in the pictures.
