28 days to decide – send your order back within 28 days for a refund.

No packaging worries – returns are fine even if lightly used and without the original box.

No exchanges, instead just place a new order for the item you want and send the wrong one back.

We hope you love your Micro purchase. If you change your mind, you can return it within 28 days of receiving your order for a full refund.

Returns

Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

We don’t offer exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return your order for a refund and place a new order instead.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, refunds will be made to your original payment method within 10 working days.

Your bank or card provider may take a little longer to show the refund.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not what you expected, please use the returns portal to log the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

Non-returnable items

We can’t accept returns on:
