All orders processed within 5 business days of receipt and ship from Pennsylvania. Transit time is dependent on the shipping method selected at the time of checkout. We offer the following services:

All shipping times are estimates dependent on several factories. Speks is not responsible for carrier delays beyond our control.

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and other U.S. outer lying islands may experience a lack of tracking updates until the package arrives to your state/island. When it does, the tracking will update and have more details regarding an estimated delivery date. These tracking delays are very common due to the shipment destination and should not affect your package's overall delivery.

We accept returns for a refund within 30 days, no questions asked. Get your order number handy and visit returns.getspeks.com to begin. Shipping fees will not be refunded. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Returns initiated between 30-60 days of placing an order will be eligible for store credit.

All orders with a shipping address outside of the continental US are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds (if applicable)

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return for refund. Shipping fees will not be refunded. We will provide a prepaid label for return shipping. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds will be issued within 7 business days of receipt of returned merchandise.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
