All orders are processed & shipped out of Montclair, NJ, USA within 1–3 business days after an order is placed (excluding US holidays). Once your order is received we will follow up with an order confirmation via the email address provided at checkout.

Domestic Orders

We ship domestically with the United States Postal Service to all 50 US states. Shipping rates offered to you at checkout are based upon the cost and weight of the items ordered and final destination.

Free shipping is additionally offered to all qualifying domestic orders placed $100+.

International Orders

International orders may ship via United Parcel Service, United States Postal Service, or DHL Express. Shipping rates offered to you at checkout are based upon the cost and weight of the items ordered and final destination. Kindly note any additional duties and/or taxes required to ship/deliver are the responsibility of the customer.

For any issues that may arise during transit, please help to contact the carrier. While The Youngsters is not responsible for delays once your order is on its way to you, we are here to help and will do our very best to assist any way we can. The Youngsters is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, keeping an eye on tracking and estimated delivery is recommended.

Locals Only

Local delivery is available for those that live in Montclair, NJ and the immediate surrounding areas. Deliveries will be made every Saturday between the hours of 9am – 5pm.

As a small business, every order truly means the world to us.

We hope you love your pieces, but if something doesn't work out, we will happily accept returns or exchanges on full-price merchandise within 14 days of the postmarked delivery date.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

•Unworn and undamaged

•With original tags attached

If an item does not meet these requirements, it will be declined and shipped back to you.

Timing & Refunds

•Items must be received within 14 days of the postmarked delivery date to qualify for a full refund (lesser shipping costs)

•Items received after 14 days are eligible for store credit only

•All returns and exchanges must be received within 30 days of delivery

After 30 days, if a return or exchange item has not been received, your request will be closed with no further action taken.

Final Sale Items

The following are considered final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

•Sale or discounted items

•International orders

Return Shipping

We're happy to provide you with a prepaid return label, however please note the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.

For exchanges, return shipping fees must be paid before your new item is sent out. We will send you an invoice to make payment.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Please log into your customer profile on our website and follow the steps.

If you're requesting an exchange, please include the desired size or style in the notes section.

Additional Notes
