Online orders can be returned within 14 days of initial receipt. If more than 14 days have gone by since the initial receipt of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t accept your return or exchange.

Please contact us at hello@parkette.ca with your request before returning an item. We will provide you with a return authorization number. A return authorization number must be included in your return. All returned purchases will either be issued a credit or exchange minus the initial shipping charge). We are a small family-owned business and unfortunately cannot offer any refunds at this time.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Items must be unworn, and tags still attached. All footwear must have no creasing or damage to the soles to be returned.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food or magazines cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, we will credit your account within a certain amount of days.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Return shipping charges for orders outside of Canada are the responsibility of the customer. Please ship your return via a postal service (USPS, Royal Mail, Australia Post, EMS, etc.). Returns shipped via courier services such as FedEx, DHL, or UPS will incur brokerage fees which will be deducted from the credit you will receive. Returned items must be declared as "Returned Goods" in the customs section of the return shipping label. Returns that are not properly declared may incur additional fees. Please use a service that is trackable as we are not responsible for damaged or lost returns.

SALE ITEMS

All sale items are FINAL sale. Only regular priced items may be returned or exchanged. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

REPLACEMENTS

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@parkette.ca and after we have confirmed your exchange by email, send your item to the following address:

GIFTS

If the item you wish to return was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified about your return.

RETURN SHIPPING

To return your product, you should mail it to the following address:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

EU CUSTOMERS – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving your last item, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at hello@parkette.ca before the 14-day window expires. You may use the subject line "Right of Withdrawal – Order #[order number]."

Returned items must be in their original, unused, and resalable condition . We reserve the right to deduct for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to assess the item.

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will issue a full refund of the product price plus our standard outbound shipping rate to your original payment method within 14 days. Please note that our standard store credit policy does not apply to EU withdrawal requests — you are entitled to a monetary refund. If you selected an express or upgraded shipping option at checkout, the refund will be capped at the cost of our standard shipping rate.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Any duties, taxes, or customs fees incurred at the time of import are the customer's responsibility and are not refunded by us. Customers may be able to reclaim these directly from their local customs authority.To start a return or cancellation, log in to your account at https://shopify.com/7272857647/account . This right does not apply to:

•Personalized or custom-made items

•Sealed goods not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery

•Digital products that have been accessed or downloaded
