Shipping is between 1-3 days from when you place your order depending if it falls on a weekend or public holiday.

Weekday shipping is same day if order is placed before 3pm.

If local pick up is selected, same day is also what we strive to achieve if both parties agree to a time as soon as or not long after order is placed via email or dm.

I want your experience buying from Lupa and Sol an easy and enjoyable one so if for any reason, you are wanting an exchange or refund I am more than happy to help you out if certain criteria is met.

•BIBS Dummies are a non refundable product and all sales are final once purchased due to hygienic reasons.

•Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

•We accept returns and refunds for faulty items, in this case we will cover postage both ways. The refund will be made within 14 days of product being returned to us in the same form as the original payment.

•All exchange or change of mind returns MUST be returned in its original unused, unworn and unwashed condition with tags still attached (if applicable). Postage back to us for an item to be exchanged is the responsibility of the customer. The new item to be exchanged will be shipped within 48hrs of us receiving the incorrect item and is also the responsibility of the customer.
