30 Day Return Policy

•30-Day Returns. You have 30 days from the delivery date to return items that are unused, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Final-sale items are not eligible for return.

•Refund method & deductions. When approved, your refund is credited to the original form of payment, minus shipping charges, any qualified discounts applied to the order, and a flat $5 return-processing fee.

•To protect against fraudulent activity, and ensure fairness and integrity for all customers, refunds will only be issued once the returned item(s) have been successfully received, inspected, and verified by our warehouse team.

•Customers are responsible for ensuring that return shipments are properly packaged, shipped using the return label provided and successfully delivered to our designated return address.

•We do not issue refunds for packages that are lost, misdelivered, or do not contain the correct item(s) originally purchased from Herschel Supply.

•If the returned package does not match the expected weight, contents, or condition of the original shipment, we reserve the right to withhold any refund until the matter is resolved.

•Herschel Supply reserves the right to refuse a refund and to investigate any returns that appear to involve fraudulent activity, abuse of the returns process, or misrepresentation of the contents of the return.

•We may suspend return privileges for customers who repeatedly file irregular or suspicious returns.

Exchange Policy

Herschel Supply product that is purchased on our website or in one of Herschel retail stores (excluding promotional or sale items) and is not marked as final sale can be exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date. All merchandise must be returned unused, unwashed and be accompanied by the original hang tags and packaging. The acceptable condition of the product is left at the discretion of Herschel Supply. Products in non-resealable packaging must be returned with packaging intact. Products equipped with Tile Bluetooth trackers may not be exchanged once the Tile has been activated.Online returns are subject to a $5 flat return shipping rate. This charge will be deducted from your overall refund. Exchanges are always free.

•While you're free to test out the size, features and feel of your luggage at home, our 100 Day Trial policy is void if your luggage has been used in transit, or anywhere outside your home.

•Not quite right for you? Just file a return within 100 days of receiving your luggage.

•Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

•Returned items must be unused with the original tags attached.

•This extended return policy only applies to our range of Herschel Heritage™ Hardshell Luggage.

•We only provide free return shipping for exchanges and store credit refunds.
