Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all USA based orders over $70.Orders under $70 will have shipping costs calculated at checkout based on destination and shipping method. *Free shipping is not applicable on items fulfilled separately. This includes the Monthly Subscription Box, bags, retrievers, and items sold via third-party vendors.

Order Processing Time

All orders placed before 11:00 AM Eastern Time (EST), Monday through Friday, are processed and shipped the same business day.

Orders placed after 11:00 AM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Days

We ship Monday through Saturday, excluding major holidays.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Order Tracking

Tracking details are provided as soon as your order ships, allowing you to follow your package from our door to yours.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

30-Day Window You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

Clothing must be unused, in original condition, and have all tags/stickers attached.

Items will be inspected upon return to confirm they are in “new” condition.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

Please do not send items back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you with approval or rejection.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within a few days.

Sale Items Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are final.

Foundation Care (New Discs Only)

Return any new disc within 30 days for a gift certificate equal to the purchase price.

Available to U.S. customers only.

Does not apply to Text Deals, Mystery Boxes, Subscription Boxes or Used Discs

Exchanges

We will only replace items that are defective or damaged.

Email support@foundationdiscs.com to request an exchange.

If approved, we’ll provide a return label and send a replacement upon receiving the item.
