Shipping Methods

We currently ship all domestic orders via USPS Ground Shipping .

•Shipping time begins after order processing is completed.

•Delivery times may vary depending on your location and USPS transit schedules.

•Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Domestic Shipping Only

At this time, PoreInfusion only ships within the United States .

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Free Shipping Offer

We proudly offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $150 (before taxes and after discounts).

Orders under $150 will incur standard shipping charges calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your package ships, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details via email.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are accurate at checkout.

PoreInfusion is not responsible for:

•Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

•Packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by USPS, PoreInfusion is not liable for:

•Marked delivered but missing packages

Damaged Orders

Exchange Policy

•Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging unless defective

•Proof of purchase is required
