California Delivery

Orders within our delivery route will be delivered using our trucks by our drivers. All deliveries are provided as curbside delivery only. It is not required for someone to be on site to receive the order at the time of delivery. If you live in a multi-unit apartment building that restricts access to non-residents, our team will deliver to the closest point of your home.

Delivery window. A delivery window will be provided the day before your scheduled delivery. Our team will provide a 2-hour delivery window so you can plan accordingly. On the day of your delivery, you will receive a tracking link so you can follow your driver's progress and view the estimated arrival time in real time.

Delivery rate. We have a flat delivery rate of $49.95, except for the Monterey area.

Deliveries to Sacramento and surrounding areas are made every other Thursday. Depending on the order date and volume, deliveries to these locations may take longer than one week. Such delays are rare, and we will communicate with you throughout the process.

Deliveries between Gaviota and Salinas (Central Coast) are made every Monday. As above, deliveries to these locations may take longer than one week. Our team will communicate and confirm the final delivery date with all parties involved.

Deliveries to several cities in Monterey County (Carmel, Marina, Monterey, Pacific Grove, Pebble Beach, and Soledad) have a delivery fee of $99.95.

Bulk orders requiring a full truck or multiple trucks are handled on a case-by-case basis. Delivery fees will vary depending on labor requirements and capacity.

Shipping FedEx:

Orders shipped via FedEx will be processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your FedEx tracking number, allowing you to monitor your package's progress.

Delivery dates provided by FedEx are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays once a package has been transferred to FedEx.

Please inspect your shipment upon delivery. If your package arrives damaged, retain all packaging materials and contact us promptly so we can assist you with the claims process.

Transit time. Orders generally arrive within 6 to 11 business days after they ship.

What ships. Our 1 gallon and 5 gallon plants ship anywhere in the continental United States. Our 15 gallon and 25 gallon sizes are too large to ship and are available for California delivery only.

Shipping cost.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.

Our guarantee. Your plants are backed by our 30-day guarantee. If a plant arrives dead or damaged, or the wrong plant is delivered, send us a photo within 30 days of delivery along with your order number and we will work with you. Our team usually responds within two business days.

We want your garden to look and feel perfect which is why we guarantee that every tree and plant leaving our nursery is of the highest quality and ready to thrive. If you feel there is an issue with your delivery, please notify us within 24 hours. We can be contacted via phone, email and chat. Plants and trees are perishable items. As such, they cannot be returned without authorization from our customer service team. Any item that has been removed from its original container or planted will not be eligible for a return. Please note that missing leaves or minor naturally occurring changes to plants are not considered damaged.
