If for any reason you wish to return merchandise, please call us at 1-800-243-4466 to request an RMA. All returns must be shipped prepaid and marked with an RMA #. Items must be unused and in the original packaging. Be sure to package your return properly to avoid shipping damage, insure it, and use a carrier with tracking capability; we suggest UPS or FedEx. If you choose USPS please ship by Express Mail which includes tracking.

•Items returned within 30 days of the invoice date are eligible for a refund if the items are unused and with original packaging.

•We reserve the right to refuse merchandise that is returned after 30 days from original invoice date or charge a 15% restocking fee.

•Collect or COD shipments not accepted.

•Some items are not eligible for return, such as but not limited to, special ordered items, and hazardous items.

•Returns will be credited in the same manner as they were paid, and will generally take up to 10 business days.
