1. Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

•All orders are processed within 7–10 business days.

•Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or U.S. holidays.

•If we experience a high volume of orders, processing and delivery may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit time.

•If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

•Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, based on the weight, size, and quantity of products ordered.

•Overnight delivery is available only for addresses within the continental United States.

•Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO Addresses

•media mea LLC ships to addresses within the United States, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

•Some oversized or heavy items may be subject to carrier limitations and may require a physical street address.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

•You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email will include tracking number(s).

•Tracking numbers typically become active within 24 hours of dispatch.

Damages

•media mea LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

•If your order arrives damaged:

•Document the damage with photos of the packaging and product.

Contact the shipment carrier to file a claim directly.

•Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods until the claim is resolved.

2. International Shipping Policy

Worldwide Shipping

•media mea LLC ships internationally to most countries.

•International shipping times vary by destination but generally range from 7–21 business days.

•Large or heavy items (such as kiosks or display screens) may require freight shipping and additional handling time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

•International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

•Delivery timeframes are estimates and do not include customs clearance delays, which may vary by country.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

•All customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer.

•media mea LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections.

•If customs fees are refused or unpaid, resulting in a return shipment, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping charges and applicable restocking fees.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

•International customers will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking details once their order has shipped.

•Tracking may take longer to update depending on the destination country and carrier.

Restricted Destinations

•Some products, such as oversized digital signage equipment or items with built-in batteries, may face shipping restrictions to certain countries.

•If an order cannot be fulfilled due to such restrictions, we will contact you promptly to arrange an alternative or issue a full refund.

3. Order Changes and Cancellations

•To modify or cancel an order, contact shipping@mediamea.store as soon as possible.

•Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.

•Refused or undeliverable shipments may incur return shipping and restocking fees.

Our policy on players (PC), accessories and software lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of display hardware items are exempt from being returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to media mea’s HQ. A support representative will advise you where to send it.

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error and any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be accepted for a full refund.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@mediamea.com

Shipping

Once shipping destination is determined depending on your location, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
