This Shipping Policy applies to the mensusa.com website, which is owned and operated by MensUSA. Before we get into specifics, let us be clear on our shipping "philosophy":

•We want to get things to you as quickly as humanly possible.

• To keep things simple, we offer Flat Rate Shipping in the continental United States on all orders.

• For orders that exceed $99, we offer Free 3 Day Shipping in the continental United States. Orders must be received before 4PM PST to qualify.

• We offer expedited shipping for additional shipping charges, we are not in business to "profit" from shipping; you are charged what we are charged.

MensUSA provides this Online Privacy Statement to inform you about our privacy policy for the mensusa.com website and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used.

Delivery Time is dependent on 2 factors:

1. "Availability". Every product detail's page will show a value similar to "Usually Ships in 2-3 days". It is also noted in the Shopping Cart, and informs you of how quickly an item will be ready to ship out. For example, some items will ship within 24 hours, others in a couple days, while some may take as many as several weeks (especially custom products). The "Availability" value is an estimate. We do our best to ship items out as quickly as possible, so we often get orders out more quickly than is noted by the "Availability" timeframe, but please do not count on that.

2. The method of delivery - our Free shipping method is either FedEx Ground (commercial addresses) or FedEx Home Delivery (residential addresses). FedEx Express Saver takes 3 business days; 2nd Day Air is two business days, and there are several options for Overnight delivery based on the time of day to be delivered.

Additionally, please note that delivery time is also based on "business" days. For example, if you place an order on Sunday, it's impossible for us to ship an item the same day as all the shippers are closed.

CALCULATING COST

We do not profit from shipping. Should you charge Rush shipping, or if we're shipping your order internationally, your shipping cost will be exactly the same as we are charged by whichever shipping company is used to deliver your package. Shipping costs are calculated on the website automatically during Checkout based on the weight of the items you are purchasing.

Returns for Refund

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 60 days of the carrier-confirmed delivery date for a full refund of the item amount. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable as they are paid directly to the courier. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping if you received the correct item.

Returns for Store Credit

Prefer store credit? We will issue store credit for the full item value. Store credit is valid for up to 1 year from the date of issue.

Exchanges

Want a different size, color, or style? Exchanges are free. Please note that exchanged items are considered final sale.

Conditions

•Items must be in original, new condition with tags attached and in original packaging.

•Items must be free of wear, damage, and odors.

•All custom-made suits and shoes are final sale and cannot be returned.

•Sale and clearance items are eligible for store credit or exchange only.

•Orders over 8 pieces are considered group/studio orders and are eligible for exchange only.
