At Scent Suave, we’re committed to delivering a reliable and transparent shipping experience. Whether you’re ordering a single decant or stocking up on your fragrance lineup, our fulfillment process is built with care and efficiency.

Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and holidays).

During high-volume periods (e.g., sales, holidays), processing may take up to 4 business days.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been fulfilled.

Shipping Timeframes

We currently offer Standard Shipping only:

Estimated Delivery Time: 1–5 business days from shipment date (Not including international orders).

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier performance.

Note: Business days refer to Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and order total.

Orders over a certain amount may qualify for free shipping—details are available during checkout and on select promotional banners.

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on destination and package weight.

Tracking Your Order

A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update in the carrier’s system.

If you haven’t received tracking info within 6 business days, or if there are no updates for more than 10 business days, contact us at support@scentsuave.com so we can assist.

Delivery Issues (Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages)

Once your package is scanned by the carrier, it becomes their responsibility.

If your tracking shows no movement for over 10 business days, please contact us. We’ll open a support case with the carrier and explore resolution options.

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you didn’t receive the package:

Check with neighbors or household members

Confirm the shipping address was entered correctly

Wait 24–48 hours in case of delayed scan

Then, contact us for assistance

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Your order number

Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging

A brief description of the issue

We’ll assess the damage and offer a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund depending on availability.

Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout.

Scent Suave is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to claim, we’ll reach out to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Returns & Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible sample products under the following conditions:

Items must be unused and unsprayed (we inspect all returned vials).

Packaging may be opened for inspection, but the fragrance must not be tampered with.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label. All items are inspected before a refund is issued.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide:

Your order number

Clear photos of the product and packaging

A short description of the issue

Once confirmed, we’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Refunds & Processing Time

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days once the return is received and verified.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take 7–10 business days to appear.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet shipped.

Once tracking has been assigned, we are unable to cancel the order.

Non-Returnable Situations
