Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $150. Orders under $150 ship for a flat rate of $7.00.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM PT may be processed the following business day.

During peak seasons and promotional events, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. We'll always keep you posted via email.

P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses

We ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) via USPS. Please allow additional transit time for these deliveries.

Shipping to Canada

We ship to Canada! International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Please note:

•Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees. These charges are determined by the Canada Border Services Agency and are the responsibility of the recipient — they are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

•Delivery times for Canadian orders typically range from 7–14 business days.

•We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

If your order arrives damaged, or if your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at support@peluva.com . We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and get you taken care of — whether that means a replacement or a refund.

Please save any damaged packaging and take photos if possible, as this helps us file carrier claims quickly.

During holidays and sale events, carriers may experience delays beyond our control. We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery. We'll update this page and our social channels with any adjusted timelines during busy periods.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

That’s why we offer a generous 30-day, no-questions-asked return policy on all shoes, with our Redo purchase insurance option available at checkout.

Please note: socks are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your shoe purchase, you may return the shoes within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

If your item arrives with a factory defect, we’ll take care of it. Please contact us and we’ll replace it or issue a refund.

Please include all original tags and packaging with your return, wipe all items clean of any debris, and keep wear during your trial of fit and feel to a reasonable minimum.

At this time, we do not provide complimentary shipping or return labels for international orders. If you choose to return an international order at your own expense, we will process an exchange or refund once your order is received at our warehouse. All shipping costs and brokerage or customs fees are set by the courier.
