Understanding Your Delivery Timeline

Your total delivery time is thoughtfully calculated by combining our meticulous Processing Time (tailoring and quality control) with our secure Shipping Time (transit to your destination).

1. Processing & Tailoring Time

Custom / Made-to-Measure Bridal Gowns: Due to intricate hand-crafting, precision measurements, and our exhaustive quality assessments, production and tailoring require approximately 25–30 business days.

Accessories & Standard Items: Typically prepared and dispatched within 2–3 business days.

2. Shipping & Transit Time

Once your exquisite piece has been crafted and dispatched from our atelier, transit times vary depending on your delivery destination and chosen shipping method:

Custom & Bridal Gowns (Express Transit): 9–14 business days.

Standard Collections & Accessories:

United States: 8–11 business days.

Canada: 10–15 business days (select collections up to 25 business days).

Europe: 6–15 business days (select collections up to 22 business days).

United Kingdom: 5–6 business days (select collections up to 11 business days).

Australia: 7–14 business days.

Our Boutique Recommendation: For all bespoke and custom wedding gowns, we highly recommend placing your order at least 2 to 3 months prior to your wedding date to allow ample time for international transit and any final local tailored fittings.

Shipping fees are dynamically calculated at checkout based on your precise location. We are delighted to offer Complimentary Shipping on all orders exceeding $150 USD.

We strive to ensure our customers have full confidence in every purchase. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights and our requirements.

1. 30-Day Return Policy We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Exceptions / Items Not Eligible for Refund Certain types of items and conditions cannot be returned:

Custom & Bespoke Products (Including Made-to-Measure Bridal Gowns): All custom-made, bespoke, or personalized orders are final sale, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable. Production takes approximately 25–30 business days. Exceptions are made exclusively if there is an undeniable manufacturing defect, a verifiable color error on our part, or if the size received does not match your confirmed custom specifications. Minor local alterations that may be required are at the customer's expense.

Hygiene & Personal Care: Lingerie, swimwear (if hygiene seal is broken), jewelry, accessories, and beauty products.

Final Sale: We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Perishables & Hazardous Materials: Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants) and hazardous materials (flammable liquids or gases).

Personal Reasons: Returns are not accepted for reasons such as: "Bought by mistake," "I don't like it," "I no longer need it," etc.

3. Order Cancellation Policy

Within 2 hours after payment: Full refund.

Within 2–24 hours after payment: 70% refund of product total plus shipping fee (as the order is already being processed by the factory).

After 24 hours: No refund or cancellation accepted.

POD Orders: Print-on-Demand orders cannot be canceled as they are customized.

4. Shipping & Delivery Issues

Undelivered Parcels: If a parcel is returned to sender or not delivered due to customer circumstances, no refund will be issued. This includes: incorrect/incomplete address, invalid contact details, refusal of the parcel, or failure to collect it from a pickup point in time.

Delivered Status: If the carrier marks the parcel as "Delivered," no refund will be issued, even if the customer claims non-receipt.

Return Shipping: You are responsible for your own shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For items over $150 USD, we recommend using a trackable service or purchasing insurance.

5. Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

6. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period Notwithstanding the above, for merchandise shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. However, this does not apply to custom-made or bespoke items as per legal exceptions.

7. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at services@lookselegant.com.
