Duties & Import Taxes (International Orders)

Orders shipped outside of Canada are sent on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means that any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or additional charges imposed by the destination country are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

We offer a 7-day return and exchange window from the date your order is delivered.

Eligible returns will be issued as store credit equal to the original purchase amount .

We also offer exchanges within the same 7-day period, subject to item availability.

Refunds to the original payment method are not offered.

Returned items must be:

Unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received

Returned with original packaging (where applicable)

Damaged or Misrepresented Items (Sourced Inventory Only)

If you receive an item with a flaw not disclosed in the original listing , you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
