Domestic Shipping Only:

Black Wolf Collectibles, LLC currently ships exclusively to U.S. customers. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping times vary depending on your delivery location.

Shipping Methods & Rates:

We offer $5 flat-rate shipping on all domestic orders.

Free shipping is available on all orders of $200 or greater within the U.S.

Order Processing:

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to track your package.

Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention:

At Black Wolf Collectibles, LLC, we take chargebacks and fraudulent activity very seriously. To protect both our customers and our business, we have implemented advanced fraud prevention measures to verify all transactions.

Any suspicious activity, including unauthorized transactions or chargeback requests, will be thoroughly investigated. We maintain detailed records of all orders, including shipping and communication logs, and will provide this information to relevant authorities as needed.

We reserve the right to challenge chargebacks with full supporting documentation, including proof of delivery and customer communications.

Address Accuracy:

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate. We are not liable for lost or misdirected packages due to errors in the shipping address provided.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to resend the package.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the package is received. Black Wolf Collectibles, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.

1. General Returns & Refunds:

No Refunds on Standard Orders:We do not offer refunds for non-damaged products. All sales are final, and once your order is processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded unless the product is damaged upon receipt.

Pre-Order Products:All pre-order items are final sale. We do not accept cancellations or issue refunds on pre-ordered products under any circumstances, including price fluctuations. By placing a pre-order, you agree to these terms.

We secure your product at today's price from our suppliers, and we cannot guarantee future pricing. Pre-order sales are final, and cancellations or refunds will not be granted.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 business days of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue by either providing a replacement, issuing a store credit, or offering a refund.

Please provide clear photographs of the damage or error in your order for verification.

3. Return Process:

In-Stock Items:We accept returns of in-stock items only if the item is damaged or defective. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition within 14 days of receiving the order.

A 10% restocking fee will be applied to any returned items.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

4. Shipping & Delivery:
