We accept returns or exchanges of unused items within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Returned items cannot show any signs of use, wear, tear, marks, scratches, alterations, or any kind of damage. Products must have their original packaging, shipping carton, and uncut hang tags. We reserve the right to reject any returned items with personal items left inside the product, as it indicates signs of use. We are not responsible for any products left inside returned products. Such items will not be returned and will be discarded or donated. We suggest you test the compatibility of your item prior to use, to ensure you are still eligible for a return, should the item not meet your travel needs.

•And any other items marked as final sale.

International customers may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Refunds include the original product cost plus customs and duties, minus the return shipping fee ($12.95 for bags/accessories, $24.95 for luggage). Refund amounts are shown in estimated presentment amounts due to currency differences. Please note: personalized items are exempt from returns.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ORDER

You can return or exchange your order for a flat fee of $12.95 for bags/accessories and $24.95 for luggage, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

Please note — these return/exchange fees are non-refundable.

REFUNDS/ STORE CREDIT

Once your return is received and inspected, it will be refunded to the payment method selected. This may take up to 30 days. We are not able to offer refunds to anyone other than the original purchaser and their form of payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

When submitting a return, you’ll also have the option to “Shop Now” (converting your refund to an instant shopping credit) or receive store credit later, which will become available once your return is in transit.

EXCHANGES

We offer two types of exchanges:

Instant Exchange: Your exchange order will be created immediately, upon entering your credit card information. A temporary hold of $1 will then be placed on your credit card, which typically lasts up to 5 business days, depending on your bank. If the returned items are not in transit within 14 days, you will be charged the full price of the new items.

Standard Exchange: Your exchange order will be processed once the return is in transit back to us.

GIFTS

If you are returning a gift, please visit the Returns Center and click "Start a gift return.” Follow the instructions to initiate your return. Once your return is in transit back to us, store credit will be emailed to you.

You are responsible for return shipping costs, and shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend adding tracking information or insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

To exercise your EU right of withdrawal, please complete the EU Right of Withdrawal form . If you are submitting your request through our standard Returns Center instead, select “EU Right of Withdrawal” as your return reason. This selection is used to identify and process your withdrawal request and does not require you to provide a return reason.
