We recently moved premises and are currently expanding our showroom and warehouse facilities. As a result, nearly all of our products are now available to browse and order online. We are continually increasing the range of products held in stock while also manufacturing many products ourselves here in Ireland.

Delivery Times

As many of our products are made to order, imported from leading European manufacturers, or customised specifically for each customer, delivery times vary by product category.

Nardi & Fermob Outdoor Furniture

Nardi and Fermob furniture is manufactured in Italy and France respectively.

We offer price matching policy on Nardi and Fermob Furniture.

Typical lead times are:

•In stock at factory: 2 – 6 weeks

•Special colour orders or factory production runs:can take more

Please note that Fermob furniture is available in up to 25 colours. Some colours are produced in scheduled manufacturing runs, meaning lead times can occasionally be longer depending on factory availability.

We always aim to supply products as quickly as possible and will advise estimated lead times at the time of ordering.

Fine Dine, Buffetware, Porcelain & Hospitality Accessories

Most Fine Dine products, buffet displays, porcelain, servingware, bar accessories and tabletop items are delivered within:

5–7 working days to Ireland

Larger catering equipment, cooking stations and specialist hospitality products may require additional lead time depending on the manufacturer and stock availability.

Securit Products

Securit menus, menu holders, pavement signs, menu cases, display systems and hospitality accessories are typically delivered within:

1–2 weeks

Lead times can vary slightly during peak hospitality seasons.

Custom Wood Designs Products

Many of our products are manufactured and branded in Ireland.

Typical lead time:

4–6 weeks

This allows for design approval, manufacturing, finishing and branding.

3–7 working days

Branded products typically require:

7–14 working days

We generally advise customers to allow up to 2–3 weeks for branded merchandise projects, although many orders arrive sooner.

AMAZONAS Hammocks, Hanging Chairs & Globo Swings

Our AMAZONAS and Globo collections are supplied from leading European manufacturers.

Typical delivery times:

•Hammocks: under 2 weeks

•Hanging chairs: under 2 weeks

•Globo swings and hanging loungers: under 2 weeks

We can also manufacture custom wooden swings and hanging furniture for commercial projects. Minimum order quantities may apply.

We work with respected European manufacturers and produce many items ourselves using quality materials designed to last.

As a result, we do not stock thousands of low-cost products in large warehouses. Instead, we focus on carefully selected furniture, hospitality products, displays, awards and branded merchandise that offer superior quality, durability and design.

While some products may take a little longer to arrive, our customers value receiving products that are built to perform and built to last.

At Custom Wood Designs, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with a ready product you have received, we offer a return or exchange option within a specific time frame. Please review the following refund policy:

30-Day Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of receiving your ready product to request a return or exchange. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the ready product must meet the following criteria:

•It must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

•It must include all tags and accessories that were originally provided.

•Its cannot be branded , custom emgraved.

•You must provide a valid proof of purchase or receipt.

Initiating a Return or Exchange: To start a return or exchange process, please contact our customer support team at info@customwooddesigns.ie . They will guide you through the necessary steps and provide you with a return shipping label, along with instructions on where to send the package. Returns sent without prior communication and authorization will not be accepted.

Inspection and Refund Process: Once we receive the returned ready product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange request. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that the processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.

Exceptions: Please note that certain items are exempt from being returned or exchanged, including:

•Custom-made or personalized products that were specifically created to meet your unique requirements.

•Products that have been damaged or altered after delivery, except in cases where it is a result of our error or a manufacturing defect.

Damaged or Incorrect Products: If you receive a ready product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will assess the issue and take appropriate measures to rectify the situation, which may include offering a replacement or issuing a refund.
