Maylin Nesting Table Set

1. All special-order delivery dates are approximate to the best knowledge at the time of sale; Apollo Furniture & Mattressis not liable for any unforeseen delays that may occur.2. All sales are final, no cancelations and or exchanges will be accepted on and or before or after delivery or pickup.3. As soon as you make the invoice, we begin the procurement process. Therefore, we are not able to accept anycancellations and or refunds. We may at our sole discretion make an exception in which case, a restocking fee (25% ofthe TOTAL INVOICE within 48 hours, 50% of the TOTAL INVOICE after 48 hours of the purchase) will be chargedand the remaining will be provided as store credit only.4. Layaway invoices are for three months only, Apollo Furniture & Mattress will not proceed with layaway orders until theinvoice is fully paid, Apollo Furniture & Mattress will not be liable for any unforeseen delays or discontinuing items bythe time customer finish payment on invoice, therefore customer should choose another item, all payments on layawayare non-refundable. After the three months we will cancel the invoice and the payment payments for that invoice shouldbe used as store credit only.5. Refunds for unforeseen delays will be for store credit only.6. As-Is and floor model items have no warranties and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.7. Customers are responsible for all measurements of doors, elevators and stairways. Should your piece not fit, deliveryfees are non-refundable. A third party technician can be hired to disassemble the piece that did not fit and fit in thelocation desired and assemble it again for a fee of $250.00 per piece paid to the store.8. During the delivery Apollo Furniture & Mattress is not liable for any Delivery damages to the customer home and orproperty inside or outside.9. Damage to your purchased merchandise must be reported by the time of delivery otherwise it will not be accepted.10. Our delivery team is NOT PERMITTED to move or handle your existing furniture as specified by our insurance carrier.Please have your room and space ready, making sure all pathways are clear and removing all breakable items in thedelivery path.11. Please secure family pets since doors will be open during the delivery process.12. To ensure the safety of our drivers, snow or other pedestrian obstacles must be removed by you before our drivers canaccomplish delivery. In case of unforeseen weather or health or truck mechanical complication, delivery will bereschedule and Apollo Furniture & Mattress is not liable for any losses that could happen from this delay.13. Deliveries require a responsible adult, age 18 or older, to be present to accept and inspect the merchandise at the time ofdelivery.14. Merchandise must be picked up within seven (7) days of the original order or within seven (7) days after the product hasarrived at the corporate distribution center or regional pick-up center. Customers are responsible for inspecting allmerchandise prior to loading and will be asked to acknowledge receipt of merchandise in satisfactory condition uponinspection at our pick-up center. Since many items available for pick up are factory packed and sealed, there may beimperfections that will lead to disappointment if not inspected prior to leaving our pick-up center. Buyer is responsiblefor all assembly after pick up.15. Apollo Furniture & Mattress is not responsible for any damage to merchandise or personal injuries during the customerloading or transportation process. Buyer accepts full responsibility for securing merchandise in or to their vehicles.
