If you ordered more than one item or a package, you might receive multiple shipments via multiple carriers. Returns: You may return a purchased item within 30 days from the date you receive your item(s). To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Gift cards and downloadable software products cannot be returned or exchanged. If your product was purchased past the 30 day window, a refund cannot be issued.

Be careful to include all order information, including the order number, so we can retrieve your order details in a timely manner. Please note that we require a valid receipt or proof of purchase for all returned or exchanged items.

Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 - 10 days of receiving your item. It may take a couple days longer to show up in your account, depending on your bank.

Exchanges (if applicable): We may replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, submit a request here: https://contact.maxbp.com . However, if you decide you would like to replace a broken MaxBP machine or upgrade to a better model, you may purchase our Upgrade/Fix product. We will take your old machine back with no questions asked and send you the same model in new condition or upgrade your model, depending on what is available.
