Shipping Methods:Your item will either ship by Truckload Freight with a third party carrier or Ground with UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

Truckload Freight Shipping:For items that ship by Truckload Freight, the transit time for delivery can be expected to take 7-14 business days. The freight provider may contact you by phone to schedule delivery. It is important that the freight company can easily contact you, as missing the delivery window and having to reschedule delivery may result in additional fees. If you are unreachable by the freight provider or our team, your order may risk cancellation.

Ground Shipping:For items that ship Ground, the transit time for delivery can be expected to take 5-7 calendar days.

Shipping Limitations: We only ship our online exclusive items within the continental United States (Excluding Alaska and Hawaii). We apologize for any inconvenience.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Returns must be in original, resellable condition with tags attached, and unused. All gift boards and ODL outlet items are final sale!Non-seasonal items purchased 10/22 - 12/24 may be returned until 1/14/2026.Seasonal items purchased 10/22 - 12/24 may be returned until 12/24/2025.

RETURN POLICY ON ALL HOME DECOR, TEXTILES, PILLOWS, HOME ACCESSORIES, CANDLES, JEWELRY, AND ACCESSORIES

We will gladly offer you a replacement or refund on any eligible merchandise within 21 days of receiving the item.Please visit the RETURN + EXCHANGE CENTER (located in the footer at the bottom of our home page) for a return or exchange authorization within 21 days of receiving the item. You'll need the email address the order was placed with, and the order number. Once a return or exchange is approved by our team, we will issue a shipping label. Returns or exchanges must be placed back in the mail within 7 business days. You are able to exchange any purchased items for the same product, or another of your choosing. If there is an outstanding balance, you will receive an invoice via email to pay the difference. If there is a remaining balance, you will be refunded the difference to your original form of payment. Returning the item(s) is at your own risk; we are not liable for damages caused by inadequate packaging, or if the item is damaged or lost while being returned to us. RETURN POLICY ON FURNITURE, RUGS AND LIGHTING

We are pleased to extend our refund policy to encompass eligible purchases of furniture, lighting, rugs, and large-format art within a 30-day period following the delivery date. To initiate the return process, kindly reach out to our E-Commerce Coordinator, Sophia, via email at sophia@thelifestyledco.com, within 30 days of the delivery date. Please provide the email address associated with the order and the corresponding order number. Once our team approves the return, you will receive the necessary information to commence the return procedure. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the item(s) are securely packaged in their original packaging and returned to the appropriate party. Additionally, a restocking fee of 25% will be charged. The customer is responsible for arranging the freight to return items and all said freight charges. THELIFESTYLEDCO is not responsible for any fees that may be associated with this freight process. Please note that returned items must be dispatched via mail within 14 business days. Please be advised that returning the item(s) is undertaken at your own risk, as we cannot be held liable for any damages incurred due to insufficient packaging or any loss or damage sustained during the return transit. Kindly be aware that items received in a damaged condition or returns not received within the specified time frame will not qualify for a refund. You will be promptly notified via email once the evaluation process is completed. Please note that not all furniture, rugs, lighting, large-format art, or online exclusives are subject to our return policy. Furniture, rugs, and all other online exclusive items purchased online cannot be returned in-store. Returns must be processed through the original purchase channel.

Please be advised that we cannot accept returns for any items that have been installed. Once an item has been installed, it is no longer eligible. Items categorized as 'Open Box' are final sale.

FINAL SALE AND CLEARANCE ITEMS

Please note that Final Sale and Clearance items are not returnable or exchangeable including JEWELRY, HATS, SUNGLASSES, HAIR ACCESSORIES, SCARVES, BRAS, APPAREL ITEMS, AND OPEN BOX ITEMS.

THELIFESTYLEDCO ® does not accept returns or exchanges on the following items: items purchased at warehouse sales, pop-up shops, or gift cards. Any product that has been customized/personalized for you is non-refundable.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We are unable to cancel your order 24 hours after it has been placed. It is possible to cancel backordered items in your order, since they are not scheduled for immediate shipment.
