OUR SHIPPING POLICY

Your order is as important to us as it is to you, which is why we make every effort to process orders as quickly as possible. GCI Outdoor offers free ground shipping on orders over $80 within the contiguous United States. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for free shipping and are charged a rate of $50 per item.

We currently ship orders via UPS, FedEx or USPS depending on the order and location it is shipping to. After an order is processed, most will ship within 1-2 business days. Orders shipping to a military base in the United States will be shipped via USPS.Items in order may ship separately. ORDER TRACKING

You will receive an email with the information when your order has been processed. A separate email will be sent once your order has shipped with the tracking information. If you have not received these emails, please Contact Us .

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All original and return shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not offer direct exchanges, instead, please return your product for a refund and place another order for the correct product. Please visit our Returns & Refund Policy page for more details.

OUR RETURN & REFUND POLICY

To qualify for a refund, the returned item must meet the following criteria:

•Returned within 30 days of the purchase date

•Unused and in original condition

•In its original packaging with tags intact

•Purchased directly from our website

IMPORTANT NOTES

•We can only accept returns for products purchased directly through our website. If you purchase your item from another retailer, please contact them directly regarding their return policy.

•Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which may appear as a “Handling Fee” in our return portal. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

•To avoid return shipping costs, you can choose to receive a store credit (gift card) instead of a refund. This credit can only be used for purchases made on our website.

REFUND PROCESS

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will issue a refund for the original purchase amount. Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment and should appear in your account within 3-5 business days, unless you select store credit as your refund option.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges, instead, please return your product for a refund and place a new order for the correct product. If the item you received does not match your order, or the item arrived damaged, please Contact Us for assistance.

HOW TO SUBMIT A RETURN

Before submitting a return, please review the Return & Refund Policy in detail. You can access our return portal when you click Submit A Return Here .

If you need to return multiple Items, each item must be submitted separately through our return portal. If multiple items are selected at once, only one return label will be provided.

Steps to Submit a Return:

1. Enter your order number (including the # symbol) and the shipping zip code.

2. Select one item you would like to return.

3. Choose the reason for your return.

4. Select your refund option:

a. Original payment method (subject to a Handling Fee for return shipping costs)

b. Store Credit (Gift Card) (no return shipping costs)

5. Review your return details and select “Submit Return”

6. Repeat these steps for each additional item you need to return.

Once your return request is submitted, you will receive an email with your return label(s) for each item.
