We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. Transit Time

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2-9 days. Our main distribution center is located in Minnesota. Transit times in the Midwest will typically be 2-3 days well transit times to the east or west coast can take up to 7-9 days depending on the shipping courier and shipping service selected.

Tracking Notifications

Upon shipping, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

Sales Tax

Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website during checkout.

Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been shipped. If an order has already been shipped, please refer to our Return Policy.

Contact - Odin & Salem - Checkout

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

In the event you no longer have your original packing slip, please print a copy of your Order Confirmation email and indicate your return or exchange request and include it with your package. Be sure to include your name, address, email and phone number so we can confirm the origin of the order.

Odin & Salem will not pay to ship back returns or exchanges. You may return your package with a carrier of your choice. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@odinandsalem.com . Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 512 1st Ave North, Lester Prairie, MN 55354. If your return is accepted, we will email instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@odinandsalem.com.
