Your delivery charge will be at a flat rate of €14.99 for all orders under €300.00. If the value of your items is above €300 your goods are automatically entitled to free delivery on the island of Ireland. Alternatively you can arrange to collect the products in store for free, all goods must be collected within 14 days of notification that your order is ready.

Please note there is a €30 delivery charge applied to all orders containing clearance or floor models .

Our despatch team will be in touch within 24 hours of receipt of your order to provide you with an estimated delivery date where possible.

It is your responsibility to advise us at the time of ordering your furniture of difficulties that may be encountered when delivering to your property ensuring this information is documented on your order at point of checkout. Safe access to the room of choice must also be considered ensuring the route is clear.

Any costs incurred affecting delivery will not be the responsibility of Mantra Living, i.e. door or window removal etc.

We will remove all packaging plastic and cardboard from your house unless you request that the goods are left unpacked.

Under current Health & Safety legislation our delivery staff are required to wear proper boots with steel toe caps and accordingly delivery is to your front door or the entrance to your property. If you require your furniture to be placed in a specific room we are happy to do this, however, we cannot accept any liability for any occurrence that might take place thereon.

All delivery times given by us are approximate. We always give delivery times in good faith but cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect loss due to any reasonable delay or delays due to unforeseen circumstances outside of our reasonable control. Delivery is normally 2 weeks for in stock goods that are delivered within Ireland. Delivery of our hard wood furniture will be approximately 4-6 weeks and soft furniture (sofas and chairs) 6-10 weeks.

We require you to inspect your goods thoroughly upon delivery and sign a dispatch note to confirm the goods have been received and the furniture and your property have been left in good condition. Should a defect or fault be apparent with your furniture you should make a note of the problem on the dispatch note or notify us in writing within 3 working days. If the defect is covered by our guarantee the goods will be repaired by us or alternatively at our option, we will provide replacements.

If you require all your furniture to be delivered to you in one drop rather than accepting partial delivery of items that come in early, then please notify a sales person or customer service representative of this and we will be happy to oblige.

When your goods arrive into our warehouse a member of our Dispatch Team will contact you directly to finalise your payment and to confirm your delivery date.

Goods must be paid for in full prior to delivery.

If you are unable to accept delivery when your goods arrive in to us we are happy to store your goods Free of Charge in our warehouse for a maximum period of 2 weeks, providing the goods have been paid for in full within 7 days of notification of availability. If after this period you are still unable to accept delivery then a further 2 week storage facility will be available, however, a storage fee of €75 per week will apply. We are unable to extend storage facilities beyond this period

We will give you an AM or PM time slot, however, due to circumstances outside our control such as traffic congestion and bad weather we may not always be able to meet this time slot. If your delivery is to be delayed for any reason our Despatch Team will phone you to explain the problem and they will confirm a new time slot with you. Please ensure that at the time of delivery you have provided sufficient contact telephone numbers for us to be able to reach you at all times during that particular day.

If you have placed an order for goods that are in stock, you may cancel or make alterations to the order prior to it being delivered. Good order from suppliers must be cancelled within 3 days of placing an order as after this 3 day period these items may have commenced production with the manufacturer or have been ordered.

Alterations to curtain orders cannot be accepted as these items are cut and measured to size upon receipt of the order.

Small items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. These should be returned in their original packaging. They should be returned directly to our store: Mantra Living, Ground Floor, Unit 4, Lakeside Walk, North Road Monaghan, H18 WA22. Please ensure that the return package is clearly marked with your name and order number to ensure that your return and refund can be processed quickly. Made to order or special orders cannot be returned.

If you are not happy with your purchase(s) upon receipt, please contact us within 7 days to arrange. All returned goods should be in an unused condition and in their original packaging. Please note a restocking charge of 25% of the value of the returned item(s) will be applied to cover any costs incurred by Mantra Living. Made to order goods and goods specially ordered for you cannot be returned.

Contact - Mantra Living - Checkout

We have a 14-day return policy on all standard production items, which means you have 14-days after receiving your item/s to request a return. It must be unused and in its Origional packaging.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same "as new" condition that you received it, with tags/instructions, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Otherwise, MANTRA will be unable to exchange or issue a refund.

You will not be refunded for the shipping costs and will be responsible for the fees incurred for returning the item/s to us. The goods are your responsibility until they reach us. If the goods reach us damaged we will return them to you and a refund will no longer be possible. (In such an event, the damaged goods will be made available for inspection in our premises for 7 days prior to returning them to you should you wish to inspect the condition in which they arrived with us)To start a return, you can contact us at info@mantraliving.ie If your return is accepted, we’ll send you by email a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at info@mantraliving.ie .

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately and no later than 24 hours from taking delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Damaged made to order items, damaged part/s will be replaced by the supplier where possible.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, candles or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

No refunds on sale or discontinued items.

Goods purchased inshore are non refundable as a credit note will be issued instead.
