Express Shipping Methods for US Orders

UPS Air (Next Day & 2nd Day)

Please note that if you place an order after 10 am CT on a Friday morning, your order might not leave our warehouse until Monday afternoon.

Always pick an express method over USPS Priority or UPS Ground for urgent orders. All non-express shipping methods are only a time estimate and not guaranteed.

International Shipping

Your International shipping rates and options for carriers will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer a wide variety of carrier options.

Unfortunately, international shipments have no guarantee for time of delivery. Please choose your option accordingly.

Customers are responsible for their country’s duties and taxes.**If you refuse an international package or do not collect it from customs, the customs fees and return shipping are billed back to us. Any charges that we incur will be deducted from your refund.

Items we are unable to ship internationally -- if you receive a message at checkout that we are unable to ship to your international address, it is because one of the following items needs to be removed from your cart due to international shipping restrictions:

SHIPPING FAQ

Will you ship to me on the trail?

YES we will! We can ship packages via USPS General Delivery to a Post Office. We can also ship ground or expedited to any physical address given; business, hotel, or residence.

On-the-trail shipments returned because of non-pickup will be processed as a return and not re-sent. You can then place a new order if need be.

Will you ship to a P.O. BOX?YES. PO box orders must be shipped via USPS and typically take 2 - 5 business days to arrive. If your shipping address is a PO BOX we can only send your package via USPS.

Pre-OrdersOrders placed with a pre-order item such as one of our shelters, will not ship until that item available. We will not send split shipments. If you would like your items delivered ASAP please place separate orders.

We reserve the right to ship your package via whichever carrier we deem fit for transit. If you need to select a specific carrier, please do so at checkout.All non-express shipping methods are only a time estimate and not guaranteed.

Returns Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned including clearance items.

Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards Consumable health and personal care items such as chap stick, sun screen and healing salves.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase such as your packing slip or order email.

Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@gossamergear.com.

Clearance items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately clearance items cannot be refunded.

Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
