Pickup at any Slumberland location of your choice is available at no charge. Your local store will provide details regarding pickup hours and procedures after your order is placed.

Home Delivery

We have multiple delivery options:

No-Contact Doorstep Shipping- FREE in local delivery zones

Available in local delivery zones. Your purchase will be placed outside the first floor entry of your home or apartment building, in your garage, or at a loading dock and left in its original packaging. Product assembly is not available for Doorstep Shipping. Signature is not required. *Restrictions may apply to remote areas within our markets. Please contact your store for details.

Full-Service Delivery - $189.99*

Available within most delivery zones of your local store. Our professional delivery drivers will deliver your purchase to the room of your choice. Product will be unpackaged, assembled and inspected. Packaging materials will be discarded. Mattress removal is available for an additional fee. Signature is required at time of delivery. *Contact your local store for additional delivery details or options.

What's Included:

•Delivery window provided in advance

•Call/Text ahead provided for convenience (upon request)

•Professional delivery team will inspect the route from entry to the final placement to ensure safe passage

•Delivery team will discuss where you would like your new furniture to go and how it should be arranged

•Placement of new furniture into the room you specify

•Complete unpacking and unwrapping of your purchase

•Complete assembly of your purchase (excludes assembly of Ready to Assemble merchandise)

•Disposal/Recycling of all packing materials

Mattress Removal

We can remove your old mattress and box spring for a small fee. The option will appear in your cart when purchasing a mattress online, or you can call your local Slumberland store for more details.

Setting Delivery

After placing an online order, your local Slumberland will contact you within 24 hours with an estimate of merchandise arrival and to schedule delivery of your order to meet your needs.

Service And Repairs

Handling Damage (At Time Of Delivery)

•Any damage to your home or product must be reported to your local store within 5 days.

•We reserve the right to inspect the damage. Service may be denied if damage was discovered to have occurred after delivery.

•Slumberland will either repair/replace the item or component, at our discretion.

Manufacturer Defects (Product Warranty Claims)

•Product warranties vary by manufacturer.

•Slumberland will help facilitate service based on the terms and conditions of the manufacturer’s warranty.

•Slumberland reserves the right to inspect all warranty claims and will decide to repair or replace defective merchandise at our discretion – no refunds.

•Slumberland will provide service within our delivery areas.

•For the first 90 days, Slumberland will provide service at no charge.

•After 90 days of the product being in your home, inspection fees, delivery fees, and technician labor costs may apply.

•For items outside of the manufacturer’s warranty, Slumberland will provide a technician referral in your area.All “As-Is” merchandise sales are final. Manufacturer warranties do not apply.

•Please refer to any manufacturer’s documentation pertaining to their warranty, care instructions and terms of use.

Refunds

•Cash and Check refunds will be in the form of a check and issued within 10 business days from when the payment has posted to all bank accounts.

•Bank/Credit card payments will be refunded back to the same card as the original payment was made. Banks vary on processing time of refunds. A Slumberland Gift card can be substituted if the original card is invalid.
