Free deliveries available in Inverloch for orders over $50. Deliveries will be made within 24 hours after purchasing

•A flat rate of $12.99 shipping is charged on all orders within Australia that fit into a satchel.

•A flat rate of $20 for Express Shipping is charged on all orders within Australia that fit into a satchel.

•Breakable and Fragile items that require protection and to be shipped in boxes we will notify you on shipping price.

•Items are measured on the cubic weight and may incur an extra fee. If an extra fee is payable we will contact you to confirm payment before your order is dispatched

•Orders will be dispatched within 48 hours of placement or next business day

•Any orders over $200 are shipped free unless it is heavy and bulky items.

•Orders are shipped via Australia Post

•In most cases orders will be received within 3-7 business days of shipping. Bulky items or deliveries to remote locations may take longer.

Shipping outside Australia

•Shipping outside Australia starts at $20 depending on what country and size and weight of stock.*

•All orders are sent via Australia Post Air Mail

•In most cases orders will be received within 7-14 business days of shipping, although certain destinations may take longer

•International customers are responsible for their own local duties and taxes. Please contact us if your parcel does not arrive within the specified time.

•Orders will be dispatched within 48 hours of placement

* We reserve the right to charge a higher delivery rate for some international destinations or orders that are unusually bulky or heavy items – we will contact you to confirm payment before your order is dispatched

We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (eg. Strikes, floods etc). If there are delays due to stock reasons Dot+Lu Boutique Homewares will notify you and you will have the option of changing or cancelling your order

At Dot + Lu Boutique Homewares we want to make your online shopping experience as pleasant as possible, we also want to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase. So if for any reason an item is not what you expected, the wrong colour or size it can be returned for an exchange, credit note or refund.

Please note that an item will only be accepted for exchange, credit note or refund under the following conditions:

•The item is unused, unworn and in brand new condition.

•A copy of a valid receipt is included with the return

•The item is returned within 14 days of the original receipt

•Please note that all conditions must be strictly adhered to in regards to returns and exchanges otherwise they will not be accepted under any conditions if you fail to meet these requirements.

•Any credit notes issued will be valid for 12 months.

Returns will be approved at Dot+Lu Boutique Homewares discretion.

If you wish to make an exchange the extra shipping charges will be at your own cost.

Faulty Items and Damages

All items will be thoroughly checked and packed safely for dispatch. Dot + Lu Boutique will no longer be responsible for goods once shipped. If you expect delays or your item is damaged upon arrival please contact Australia Post.

Incorrect delivery address/undeliverable parcel

If an incorrect delivery address is provided or a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, an extra postage charge will apply to send it again.
