We ship worldwideFree standard shipping to USA and Germany (estimated 7-12 days)

All others countries - the shipping cost will be visible in the cart.

Delivery within the US is carried out through the Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) program. With the Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) program, customers see the full order price at checkout, with no unexpected shipping charges.

Please check your billing and shipping details carefully when placing an order, as we are unable to reroute packages once in transit.

Order Processing TimelineOrders are typically handled within 1–2 business days. In periods of high order volume, dispatch times might extend slightly. Please allow extra transit time for delivery.

Shipment Confirmation & TrackingOnce your order ships, a confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent. Tracking will be active within 24-48 hours.

Return Policy Overview

You may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery if the following conditions are met:

•The product remains unused and in like-new condition

•Our customer support team has approved the return in advance.

Please note: Returns without prior communication and approval cannot be accepted.

Accepted Return Situations

•If your order arrives with damage or a manufacturing flaw, simply send us clear photos or a short video. We’ll respond with a solution — a replacement, refund, or repair guidance, depending on the case.

•We’ll promptly send out any missing or correct components at no cost to you.

•Once an order is placed, we unfortunately can’t apply promotions retroactively. However, we’ll gladly issue you a personal coupon for a future purchase.

•If an order is sent back without coordination, any resulting fees (including shipping and customs duties) will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Process & Timeline

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

A Few Important Notes

•Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a defect (which can not be resolved in place)

•If a return isn’t practical or possible, we may offer a partial refund or store credit as an alternative

•Custom order can not be returned or refunded.
