Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Timeframes

We work with multiple suppliers and logistics partners to bring you the best prices. This means some items may ship separately.

Standard UK Delivery: 7–14 business days (depending on the product and supplier).

Expedited/Express Delivery: Available on selected products (where shown at checkout).

International Shipping: At this time, we only ship within the United Kingdom.

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control (e.g. customs delays, courier disruptions, seasonal demand).

Shipping Costs

Standard UK Delivery: Calculated at checkout.

Free UK Delivery: Orders over £50 qualify for free standard shipping.

Shipping costs for each order are displayed clearly before checkout is completed.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking numbers are provided where available.

You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Multiple Shipments

Because we work with several suppliers, items in your order may arrive separately and on different dates. You will not be charged extra for split shipments.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. ToyBargainsUK is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.

📦 Returns & Refunds Policy — ToyBargainsUK

At ToyBargainsUK, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

14-Day Return Policy

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Items must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

You’ll need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at support@toybargainsuk.com .

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

Your item is defective, damaged, or

You receive the wrong item.

We’ll assess the issue promptly and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).

Custom or personalised products.

Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, hygiene products).

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

We also do not accept returns on gift cards or sale items.

If you are unsure whether your product qualifies for return, please contact us.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the product you have. Once the return is approved, you can make a new purchase for the replacement item.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason, without needing to provide justification.

As above, the item must be in the same condition as delivered — unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
