All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped or is ready for local pickup.

Online exclusive items - if not on backorder, you can expect to receive your order within 4-8 weeks. If extended lead times exceed 8 weeks we will inform via email.

LOCAL PICKUP

Free order pickup is available at our showroom located at 3801 E Shea Blvd, Phoenix, AZ 85028 with all products, please call for clarification during checkout. An email will be sent to you when your order is ready to be picked up.

Our showroom pick-up hours are Tues - Friday: 10am-4pm, Saturday: 11am-3pm, CLOSED on Sunday & Monday. Please drive to the front of the store and come in through the front door.

Most furniture, some decor, and lighting are available for local pick-up only, make sure to note when looking at a product if it says LOCAL PICK-UP ONLY in the description at the bottom. Rugs and art are LOCAL PICK-UP ONLY for what’s in stock - Shipping options available, please call for a quote.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return, along with a 14-day store credit after receiving your product.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, including special orders, furniture, and holiday decor. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, less shipping costs. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at orders@studioartise.com
