At Hugz, every order is packed with care. Our goal is to get your Hugz to you safely and as quickly as possible so comfort arrives right when it’s needed.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

During product launches, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer due to higher order volume. We always work to ship orders as quickly as possible.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

Standard Shipping (U.S.): 5–7 business days

Express Shipping (U.S.): 2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, or high shipping volume periods.

We offer a hassle free 7-day return policy for all Hugz purchased. To initiate a return, contact us at support@givehugz.co.

To be eligible for a return:

•All items and contents must be unopened, unused, and in brand new condition.

•Please ensure all items are packaged properly and safely when sending back the item.

•You (the customer) are responsible for shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Products:

•If your Hugz is damaged, please send us an email at support@givehugz.co.

Refunds:

•Once we have received and confirmed your item after inspection, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method in 5-8 business days.
