Order Processing Time

•Orders placed Monday through Friday before 7am EST will typically ship within 1–2 business days, unless otherwise noted.

•Orders placed after 7am EST on Friday, or over the weekend, will begin processing the next business day (Monday).

•We guarantee that all orders will be processed and handed off to the shipping carrier within 5 business days of being placed.

Estimated Delivery Windows

•Delivery times depend on your shipping address and the carrier’s schedule.

•Typical transit time is 2–7 business days after the order leaves our facility, depending on your location.

•You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Please note: Delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

•We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on weight and destination.

•Our shipping team selects the carrier based on best estimated delivery time and cost.

•If shipping to a PO Box we will ship using USPS.

Holiday Shipping
