All items will be shipped out via Canada Post. Costs and options will be calculated for your delivery area at check-out.

Spruce Meadows will ship items as quickly as possible and within any time periods indicated; however, Spruce Meadows will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond its control.

International Shipping

Each country has different laws and regulations about buying products from other countries. Before you place your order, please be sure of your local customs laws concerning your shipment. It is your responsibility to know what is legal and what is not.

We cannot be held responsible or accountable for any taxes, duties, tariffs or any quarantine fees or package warehousing fees assessed by your local customs office. These charges are separate from your shipping charge, and you will be billed directly from them.

Our international shipping prices reflect the base shipping charge not including customs duties, taxes. Failure to pay customs duties and taxes may also jeopardize or terminate your ability to place future orders. If you are unsure of your country’s import policies, please check with them before ordering. Please note that we declare the full value (minus the shipping charge) of your order on the shipping label in all cases. Customs authorities require us to declare the value of gift items directly on the package. International shipments are subject to inspection, and may be opened by customs authorities.

All Items, with some exceptions, may be returned in their original condition and packaging (unwashed and all tags attached) for a full refund or exchange if purchased within the last 30 days. Helmets, Special Orders and Sale Items are all final sale.

If you are unsatisfied with the product, for whatever reason, you are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping. In the event we have shipped you the wrong product or it is defective, we will be more than happy to pay for the return shipping back to Spruce Meadows – please contact us at shop@sprucemeadows.com or call 403-974-4210.

Other Return Guidelines:

•If you are from outside of Canada, you are responsible for all return fees. Return fees are non-refundable.

•Lost returned shipments are not the responsibility of Spruce Meadows.

CLEARANCE ITEMS : Clearance items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. All sales are final.

Refund Process and Timeframe:

•Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days upon receipt of returned item to Spruce Meadows.

•The Spruce Meadows Shop will inspect merchandise sent back for a refund and reserves the right to reject returns.

•Once the return has been processed, you will receive a return email confirmation.

•Depending on the credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after the credit is applied for it to post.
