We are unable to ship to the UK/EU for the time being, though we're looking into new options for this. Our Current TAT (aka 'turnaround time') is listed on the announcement banner at the top of every page. Our TAT is for order fulfillment, meaning how long it takes once order is placed for it to go to to the carrier, which may be Canada Post or a third party courier. (Delivery times, on the other hand, begin after the package reaches them.)

Once shipments leave our hands, we have no control over how long they take to arrive. Some packages are moving along at a normal pace currently, but others may be delayed, even within Canada. If your package does not move for over two weeks, let us know and we can look into it.

We no longer offer untracked shipping options. Far too many packages were being lost in transit when sent untracked, but it is extremely rare for that to happen with tracking.

We cannot mark items on customs forms as 'Gift' or undervalue them. Any customs, duties, taxes or fees charged are wholly outside our control and must be paid by the buyer. Packages refused by a buyer who does not wish to pay customs charges, and whose package has been returned to us, will be refunded for the items only assuming they arrive undamaged, and will not be refunded for shipping costs.

We are not responsible for packages that are misdelivered or undeliverable due to incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout. If you catch a mistake in a shipping address after ordering, email us at pulpfragrance@gmail.com -- as long as we get the message before the package has gone out, we will be happy to make any corrections!Free shipping for all Canada & USA orders over $150 (tracking included). Just choose the Free Shipping option that becomes available at checkout when your post-discount cart totals $150 or more.

ReturnsDue to the personal nature of fragrance, we cannot accept returns. Samples are available for purchase in the shop for the purposes of testing product before committing to a larger size.

ExchangesPre-shipment exchanges can be made for items currently available in the shop, if the request is made before a shipping label has been created. If you accidentally added the wrong item to your cart and want to swap it out, just get in touch at pulpfragrance@gmail.com (please be sure to include order number in your email) and we'll do our best to accommodate, if we can! If the desired replacement is unavailable, refund or alternate replacement can be chosen instead.

Damages and issuesPlease inspect your order when it arrives & contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If any items are damaged in transit, please take photos of (and retain) both damaged and undamaged items and packaging. This will help with lodging claims with the carrier. Some carriers require full contents of the package to be returned to them for evaluation, so if everything is not kept, that may prevent a claim from being lodged.

Refunds If a wrong item was sent, you'll be able to opt for an equal-value store credit or to be refunded on your original payment method. If a non-Canadian buyer refuses a package for reasons of not wishing to pay any customs or duties fees and that package is returned to us, buyer will be refunded for undamaged/resellable items only, not for any shipping or brokerage/customs charges, minus a CAD$20 restocking fee.

For other issues, we will evaluate them on a case-by-case basis. Our goal is for you to be happy with your purchase experience on every level. Please also remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post refunds, but if there are delays beyond normal, please do let us know.
