What’s Covered (and What’s Not):

•This guarantee applies only to essential rollers .

Add-on items like teething mitts, pops, and other accessories are non-refundable .

Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the order was never delivered) .

Digital items (like ebooks) and shipping protection are non-refundable .

The only exception : if your item was never shipped or delivered, we’ll refund the shipping protection .

•If a product arrives damaged , we’ll reship it . If that’s not possible, we’ll issue a refund.
