Combining Orders If you have already placed an order and you would like shipping to be combined, please choose 'local pickup' and leave a note at checkout. If it has already been dispatched, or it exceeds shipping limits, you will be invoiced for the outstanding amount before it is sent. Shipment Processing Time All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Shipping Rates Shipping charges for your order will depend on the items ordered & the location delivered. To the best of our ability, the shipping rates will be calculated & displayed at checkout. Refund policy We do not offer refunds under our Refund Policy, however: Returns for incorrect choices or change of mind will be issued with a Peach & Pip voucher valued at the cost of any goods to be returned, not including any shipping costs or paypal/layby fees Any returns under this policy are at the buyers cost for shipping any returning product(s). Product(s) must be unused and in the same condition as received. If for any reason your product(s) are damaged upon receiving them, or they are the not the correct product(s) you ordered, please take a photo and contact us as soon as possible, so we can arrange to exchange it with the correct product(s). Exchanges will only be issued once we have received the product to be replaced / exchanged. Please do not dispose of the item(s) or packaging until we have exchanged it. Item(s) returned must be unused and in the same condition as received. Buyer to pay return postage and a refund given will be for the cost of the item(s) not including the postage paid when issued. This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken.
