•Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in saleable condition.

•Returns are not accepted for overstock, unsold inventory, or customer returns.

Return Process

•The Retailer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

Refund Process

•Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and will be credited to the original method of payment or as a credit towards future orders.

•Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.

Exchanges

•Direct exchanges are not available. Retailers must return the original item and place a new order if an exchange is desired.
