Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. •We will issue credit for the original and return shipping.

If your item is not defective or you changed your mind

•We will issue a full refund for the product and tax, but not shipping or insurance. The cost of the return label will be deducted from the refund.

All claims related to the fulfillment of your order including but not limited to receiving the wrong item or missing items from your order must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Restrictions

To ensure that you are being sold new, clean product, all sales on candy and plush (stuffed animals, puppets, etc) are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Sales on clearance items are also final.
