You may experience a situation where an item is in stock when you pay, only to be notified by customer service the next day that it's out of stock. We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days to request a return after receiving the goods.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will send you a return label and instructions for shipping the package. Items returned without prior request will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damage and Problems

Please inspect the goods immediately upon receiving your order. If the goods are defective, damaged, or you received the wrong goods, please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and resolve it appropriately.

Exchanges

The best way to ensure you receive your desired item as quickly as possible is to return the item you have received. Once the return is accepted, you can then purchase the new item separately.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the item was shipped within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days without any reason. As mentioned above, your item must be in its original condition as received, unworn or used, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, we will automatically refund you via your original payment method within 10 business days. Refund amounts vary depending on the situation. One situation is when the customer requests an exchange due to subjective reasons, customs issues, or a desire to exchange the item. In this case, the refund amount will be: the item price - customs duties - round-trip shipping costs. The other situation is when the product is damaged in transit and has a quality issue; in this case, the customer can be refunded the original order price. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also need time to process and credit the refund.
